Each leather patch is cut from Wickett & Craig English bridle, a true full-grain leather known for its rich pull-up, tight fiber structure, and the kind of depth you can’t fake. We laser-etch every design in-house for crisp detail and permanent character, then stitch them onto premium hat blanks like the Richardson 112, 115, and other industry-favorite styles that are trusted for their fit, durability, and everyday wearability.
The result is a hat that starts great and only gets better. The leather darkens, softens, and develops a one-of-a-kind patina with time, while the hat itself holds up through workdays, road trips, campfires, and everything in between. No prints. No shortcuts. Just real materials doing what they’re meant to do.
